Rating is a proprietary calculation that includes three inputs with different weight:

  • Current calendar month return (22%).
  • Cumulative last 6 months return (67%).
  • Maximum drawdown across the current month and preceding 5 calendar months (11%).

Hence, the most relevant metric is the cumulative last 6 months return.

In addition, to encourage long-term trading and increase the chances of reaching GOLD, extra points are given for long track records:

  • +1 point for DARWINs with a track-record between 6 and 12 months.
  • +2 points for DARWINs with a track-record between 12 and 18 months.
  • +3 points for DARWINs with a track-record of more than 18 months.

DarwinIA SILVER

Allocation in DarwinIA SILVER is not competitive. The rating runs on a scale of 0 to 100, and all traders whose DARWIN reaches the minimum rating threshold receive an allocation — you are measured against the objective threshold, not against other participants. DarwinIA GOLD
