Darwinex is the trading name of i) Tradeslide Trading Tech LTD, a broker and asset manager authorized, supervised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK, with FRN 586466; ii) Sapiens Markets EU Sociedad de Valores SA, a company regulated by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) in Spain under the number 311, with CIF A10537348 and registered office in Calle de Recoletos, 19, Bajo, 28001 Madrid, Spain, and iii) Tradeslide Global Ltd., a company authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles with number SD171, company registration number 8433817-1 and registered office in Office No. A17D, Providence Complex Building, plot No. V16050/v16051, Providence, Cascade, Mahé, Seychelles.

Being FCA, CNMV and FSA regulated implies that they periodically verify our solvency, internal procedures, how we manage both customer data and monies, as well as how our personnel is qualified.
