Change /reset your MT4/MT5 master and investor password

How to Change Your MT4/MT5 Master Password

  1. Open your MT4/MT5 platform
  2. Click "Tools"
  3. Click "Options"
  4. On the "Server "tab, click "Change"
  5. Type your current master password
  6. Click "Change master password"
  7. Type the new master password & confirm

How to Change Your MT4/MT5 Investor (Read-Only) Password

  1. Open your MT4/MT5 platform
  2. Click "Tools"
  3. Click "Options"
  4. On the "Server "tab, click "Change"
  5. Type your current master password
  6. Click "Change investor (read-only) password"
  7. Type the new investor password & confirm

Lost/forgot your master password?

Currently master passwords cannot be reset from the terminal.

To reset your password, log in to your Darwinex trading account analysis website, click the Settings icon (gear icon), then select "Reset password MT4/MT5", as shown in the animated image below:
