Add a bank account for withdrawals
Before their first withdrawal by bank transfer, users are asked to upload a bank statement verifying their bank account number.
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, before your first bank transfer withdrawal, you will be asked to upload a bank statement verifying your account number and confirming you are the account holder.
This is necessary even if the withdrawal is to the same bank account the deposit came from.
Verification can take up to 1 business day. When the bank account becomes available for placing a withdrawal request, you'll receive an email notification. Note: bank account verification is a one-time step — once a bank account has been verified, no further documentation is needed for future withdrawals to that account.
You can add bank accounts for withdrawal any time from your account setting's "Bank accounts" section and have them ready for the day you'll want to withdraw.
When uploading your bank statement, please ensure the document is in PDF, JPG, or PNG format, clearly shows your full name, account number, and bank name, and is no older than 3 months.
Once the bank account is available for withdrawals, a withdrawal request can be placed. We process bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 business days. When your withdrawal request has been processed, you'll receive an email notification. From that point, it can take a further 1–3 business days for the funds to arrive in your bank account.
